Embracing Fear

P'taah: All right, so how do you embrace fear? You know, we have said it all before and we are very pleased to talk about it again today because no matter how often we speak of it, no matter how often it comes forth, it is there to remind you about your power for change and transformation.

You know this life, your third-density physical reality, your life day-to-day, all of it is a metaphor for the greater reality beyond this one, beyond this dimension. So whatever aspect of life there is, there something that corresponds to it outside of the physical reality.

So, as you look at this, look at the idea of breath. This is so important, breath. What is breath, beloved? What does it mean in this reality, breath?

Q: Life.

P'taah: It does indeed. There is not much life if you are not breathing. Now, in the greater reality, what do you think life is? What does it mean, life?

Q: In the greater reality? Infinite experience.

P'taah: Which is another name for Source, Goddess-God, All That Is. Life. Without it there is nothing. And that is infinite experience, Goddess/God, life.

So your breath, in a way, is about Goddess/God, without which there is no life. And, what happens when you feel the fear?

Q: Constriction. An absence of life.

P'taah: Indeed, and you stop breathing or you breathe very shallowly. You hold your breath in that moment of great fear.

All right, so the first step to embracing the fear that you have run from, that you are terrified of, that you reject, that you pretend isn't there, the first step to changing that is to breathe into it. That feeling, that knot in the belly. Breathe! Deep even breaths. Breathe it into the fear so that you are saying really, ‘I see you, I acknowledge you. There you are, that little one who lives within me who is so afraid. There you are!’

So you take nice even breaths, feel the body begin to relax a little.

And then the second step is to close your eyes and while you are still breathing nice even breaths, deep breaths, you visualise this little you inside who is so afraid. Now, you can picture you as a little person, maybe 3 years or 4 years, maybe older or maybe even younger. And you see this little one standing in front of you and this little one is very lonely and terrified and also heartbroken, and as it is standing there before you, what would you do?

Q: You would hold it.

P'taah Indeed, so the third step is that you would reach out to this little one, this baby-you called fear and you would hold this little one to your breast.

And the fourth step, as you are holding it, as you are breathing, you would say, ‘Beloved of my heart, do not be afraid. I am with you and I love you absolutely.’ You might say, ‘I am sorry that I abandoned you all of those years ago but you know, I did not know any other way to be. Now I do know and I thank you. I thank you for making sure that I have survived against all odds in this fear and terror. I will never abandon you again. We are together forever, you and I, in this safe and wondrous place and when we are together this way, we are one, we are whole, we are home. I love you and I thank you, thank you, thank you.’

And you breathe, and you hold the baby one until you feel the body totally relax, until you feel that transformation of energy from fear to love - moving. Sometimes you can feel the energy moving from the belly to the heart, even through the crown. Sometimes it is just the feeling of comfort. But what you have done is you have, from your Goddess/God self, transformed the frequency of fear to the frequency of love and you have brought yourself back to centre point, and from this power place, you are ready to make your next choice in your life.

Q: Thank you. How can we all in our current state of evolution, look upon one another with more compassion and more love?

P'taah: By having more compassion and more love for you.

You see, that is how it works. When you learn to love who you are, when you learn to love the unlovable about yourself, then how can you look at anything outside of you if not with love and compassion?

Q: Yes. Can you speak to us of forgiveness, the true meaning of forgiveness?

P'taah: We would say it is quite a redundant word. At least it is if you are looking outside of yourself, because you co-create the reality absolutely. When you take responsibility that you co-create everything in your life, then what is there to forgive except yourself, perhaps, for co-creating it in the first place.

There are no victims, beloved.

Q: Yes.

P'taah: So we would say forgiveness, if it is concerning anything outside of yourself, is redundant really. Does that make sense to you?

Q: Yes, it does.

Q: But when you say, 'outside of yourself', what about forgiving yourself?

P'taah: Indeed, well that's what we are saying. But you know, what is to forgive when you understand, when you look with compassion, at that little portion of you that creates stuff out of the fear of not being enough? So you have compassion and you have love, and that is it, and there you are in your Now moment ready to make a different choice.

And that is what we are saying. You get so locked into your past, you see, that it holds you from being all that you can be in the Now moment to make the choices to create a different kind of future. Does that make sense?

Q: Yes, it does.

P'taah: Much to think about, hmm? All right, sufficient unto the time for this day? So my beloved ones, we issue forth to each of you,
