monsters <<>> in our midst

Good news: I have decided to turn The Monstaville Memoirs books into a blog. I am going to be gradually adding the chapters of this trilogy to the pages of this blog throughout 2013. I will make the e-books available later on.

“…throw roses into the abyss and say: ‘here is my thanks to the monster who didn’t succeed in swallowing me alive.’” - Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche (Posthumous Fragments).

I am including the synopsis, contents pages and so forth, everything I have. I am continuing to add related articles from other sources. If you find it at all confusing to find and read the chapters in chronological order don't worry because, whilst there is a story with a beginning and end, these books were always intended primarily as multidimensional tools for opening intuitively, deriving inspiration from seemingly random pages. This process has the potential to awaken some appropriate wisdom within the reader to assist with similar situations. A lot of people could benefit from these books if they would but be prepared to search for the truth and find what they really need to know on a deep level.

The sentence "Reblog if you have self-harm scars" had been reblogged 42,942 times when I came across the post on tumblr on 8 April 2013. Young people do not realise that 'demons' are goading them to cut themselves because they live in an ignorant society.

People who are experiencing depression or finding life too much to bear may turn to addictions, self-harm or thoughts of suicide as a response to the pain that they feel. Similarly with conflict, it is wise to consider all the options before reacting and making things worse for oneself. And these alternatives are not necessarily going to just pop into one's head from nowhere. It is now possible to study various examples within the pages of these books to be prepared and manage challenging circumstances with more awareness. Similarly, it is through deeper self-awareness and spiritual savvy that we are in a position to make informed choices about how we treat ourselves and others. And this includes the knowledge that negative astral energies exist and prey upon human beings emotionally. You know, like, ask for protection first, ask the angels to help you, and THEN see how you feel and decide what you want to do. Just saying!

“The New Age is an aspect of yourselves, of each individual, that shows itself as love, respect, and compassion for all with whom you interact, and it leads unerringly to peaceful and harmonious exchanges of ideas that will bring an end to the suffering and deprivation that has been endemic on Earth for eons. And as a result trust among you will grow, be honoured, and become the norm, just as it should.” – Saul (channelled through John Smallman, ‘There is an incredibly bright future ahead of you,’ 2 January 2013, www.johnsmallman.wordpress.com/2013/01/02/there-is-an-incredibly-bright-future-ahead-of-you).

Who are these books for?

They’re for anyone but, generally speaking, people who are experiencing or have experienced crisis in their lives and, specifically, people who are sensitive, shy, nervous or vulnerable in some way and have been enduring hostility from others, particularly neighbours, in an multiracial, urban environment (aka ‘ghetto’). While these books can be read cover-to-cover, I perceive them as multidimensional hives of study and creative thought, grounded in a brutally honest personal story. As such, they may be opened at any page to find information, inspiration and insight that, hopefully, will be relevant to one’s situation. So, this is also about trusting one’s inner guidance and using one’s intuition at least as much as one’s rational brain. This process of sharing is not rhetorical but is about stimulating the reader’s thought processes and providing further ideas with which to play in order to develop one’s own strategies and methods for coping and dealing with one’s tormentors. It is about teaching oneself, training the mind, relearning that which we know within ourselves already and tapping into resources we may not have known we had within us but, through deeper understanding of ourselves and others. These books show that there are alternative – and nonviolent - ways of dealing with conflict to those with which we are familiar or that come to our attention via instinct and reaction. In addition, they help to introduce an all-important spiritual dimension to one’s trials to reveal the underlying purpose of initiation and ascension through clearing emotional blockages and releasing limited thought patterns onto which we have been holding for many lifetimes as we prepare to transform our consciousness and emerge from the karmic cocoon into a world of divine unity and Grace. Thus, The Monstaville Memoirs serve to broaden our scope of thought and behaviour to encompass a more intelligent and strategic spectrum of experience during challenging times and enable us to be more conscious and prepared for related struggles in the future.

“Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you, when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.” - The Pleiadians (channelled through Barbara Marciniak).

"There is only one important point you must keep in your mind and let it be your guide. No matter what people call you, you are just who you are. Keep to this truth. You must ask yourself how is it you want to live your life. We live and we die, this is the truth that we can only face alone. No one can help us, not even the Buddha. So consider carefully, what prevents you from living the way you want to live your life?"
- The Dalai Lama.

These are really terribly rough times, and we really should try to be as nice to each other as possible.” - Lou Reed.
